Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

The personal data of Data Subjects are processed by SEACILY SUPPLIES for the following purposes:

a) Responding to requests sent by Users through the Contact Form. Data will also be processed to respond to requests that Users/Clients may send to the contact details available on the Site: for this purpose, Users/Clients must provide their contact details (name, email, phone number, etc.) as, without them, it will not be possible to respond. The legal basis for this processing is the necessity to perform pre-contractual and contractual measures adopted at the request of the User and to comply with related legal obligations.

b) Additional purposes

Newsletter

With your consent (and subscription), which can always be revoked by simply contacting the Data Controller at the contact details provided here, we will send the Seacily Supplies newsletter via email, mail, and/or SMS, and/or phone contacts.

Consent to processing

The collection of consent from the Data Subject for the purposes referred to in point a) is not necessary as provided for by Article 6 letters b) e) f) of EU Regulation 2016/679. Conversely, it is necessary to document (trace) the acquisition of consent (Article 7 of EU Reg. 2016/679) specifically and separately for the purposes of the newsletter referred to in point b). In any case, it is always possible to express your dissent to the processing mentioned above by contacting the Data Controller; however, we inform you that providing data for the purposes referred to in Article a) is mandatory. Data retention

SEACILY SUPPLIES will process personal data for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes mentioned above, for 10 years in the case of accounting and/or administrative data, and as necessary for data needed to defend legitimate interests. Data collected for newsletter purposes will be processed until the Data Subject withdraws the previously given consent.
